2. Complete and Submit the Form

   • The latest academic report card from the applicant’s current school.
   • A character testimonial issued by the applicant’s current school.
3. Guardian Information (for Families Outside Lagos)
   Families residing outside Lagos must provide the name and contact details of a guardian based in Lagos.
